“ an unbelievable find in Franklin, TN for authentic Chinese food. for someone that has exceptionally critical tastebuds, especially for Asian cuisine, i was absolutely blown away by the quality and flavor profiles. the service is quick and efficient! i also love the cute quirkiness of the small space and the artwork. my only wish to improve the overall experience is that they served a few beer options, as i believe nothing accompanies hot and spicy broth like an ice cold refreshing beer. this will definitely be a go-to option when dining out for me. ”
“ This place is amazing, It's always fresh and so delicious. Totally recommend. Service is great. Any wait is worth it. :) ”
“ As a Chinese, it's the best Chinese restaurant in nashville! I've recommended every Chinese friend to eat here. Duck blood in chili sauce and spicy calamari are my favorite. ”
“ The food is so delicious! The best Chinese restaurant in Nashville. This time we ordered Chongqing spicy chicken, spicy calamari, spicy pork kidney and Guo Bao Rou. They're so good. ”
“ Chang Hong Spicy Hot Pot is a small mom and pops style restaurant. They were quick, polite and very helpful considering that we have never eaten at their place. We bought the Stewed Pork Burger and the self service hot pot where you get to add your own ingredients, and then they cook it in your choice of broth. I got the Beef Bone Broth with my soup. I must say, our food was Absolutely amazing. Get the beef bone broth. Mmmmmmmmm PS. 1 I highly recommend this restaurant 2. Do not be fooled by the menu that you see on online. When you build your soup. There are tons of options to choose from. 3. Once again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU EAT HERE. ”
“ I had the hot pot. You choose your own meats and vegetables from a buffet, and they charge per pound. You also choose the broth. Unlike traditional hot pot (at least the ones I've been to), they cook your meats and vegetables for you in the kitchen. This benefits you because the hot pot meal comes out quickly. The end product was tasty and filling, and the broth was especially flavorful and authentic. I plan on returning and trying the other items on their menu, which has authentic Chinese menu items not seen in normal Chinese restaurants. ”
“ I got hungry after shopping at the Painted Tree. I found this place by accident because it was in the same strip mall. My server asked if it was my first time here. If you have any questions, just ask your server. I was a bit surprised that the price was a bit high for a casual restaurant like this. Well, let's t give this place a shot. I ordered Hunan stir-fried pork belly with green pepper. The portion was pretty big. I paid close to $30 with tip for a lunch with water. That was very expensive for a person. (Inflation price?? I don't know) The food was delicious and pretty authentic. This dish was rated 1 spicy level but it was spicier than a level 1 according to a Thai girl who eat a very spicy Thai food. If you are sensitive to spicy food, please let them know. Oh...if you ordered just a glass of water, it had a hint of lemon in there. That was pretty nice. Will I be back? Yes, of course but I won't come here alone like this time. Good food is meant to be shared with friends and family. ”
“ I have been meaning to stop by and finally glad we did! Service was great! When we were there - lots of pick up orders. If you're dining in then you can take a seat and a wait staff will be provide a menu. The food was all good - flavorful and not greasy. Tried their already pre-set beef soup and it was delicious. Fantastic broth! Loved the condiments available on the table. They also have the option to self serve and have your soup ingredients weighed which is cool. Beef roll is also outstanding and lots of beef inside. Liked their Boba tea choices and it was delicious. On the sweeter side but you can always ask for it to be less sweetened! All in all - great spot for soup! ”
“ I think everyone in Franklin needs to try hotpot. It is one of the most sought out restaurants for me whenever I visit a new city. This hot pot did not disappoint. The food was comforting and plenty! I ate to my hearts content. The broth felt like it could cure any cold and I low key wished I had one to put it to the test. I loved this place so much that I planned on eating here twice. ”
